Job Title: Studio Coordinator
Reports To: General Manager
School of Rock is the original performance-based, interactive music school founded in 1998 in Philadelphia. With over 240 schools, and a strong internationally recognized brand, School of Rock is the largest after-school music education provider in the world.
The Studio Coordinator is the administrative focal point for the School of Rock in Bedford, NY, a front desk leader with outstanding customer service skills and the ability to juggle many tasks. Working directly with the General Manager and Music Director, the Studio Coordinator is an essential role in the success of our business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Provide top quality customer service, including billing, schedule management and communications.
● Manage marketing, sales and promotions to drive school and student success.
● Manage staff and the school facility to provide a safe, cool and appropriate experience for all students.
Skill Requirements:
● Strong experience in organization and task priority
● Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and sense of humor
● Proven problem-solving skills
● Strong work ethic, integrity, and leadership skills
● Experience and interest in working with children
● Passion and/or interest in music and the arts is highly recommended
